We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Sales & Service Cloud within the Enterprise Edition environment. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions to support our financial services workflows, ensuring scalability, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Configure and optimize Financial Services Cloud features (e.g., Client Data Model, Action Plans, Financial Accounts).
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, and middleware tools.
- Implement best practices for data security and compliance in financial services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and optimize license utilization and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Maintain and enhance Sales & Service Cloud functionalities for client engagement and case management.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and deployment using Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud and Sales & Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of data modeling, security models, and sharing rules.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Enterprise Edition limitations and optimization strategies.
- Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred.
- Understanding of license management and cost optimization in Salesforce.
