Salesforce Developer Communications Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) solutions.
• Build and maintain OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Configure and extend Product Catalog, Pricing, and Promotions for telecom/communications use cases.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components as needed.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (BSS/OSS, billing, order management, APIs) using REST/SOAP and middleware tools.
• Support order capture, decomposition, and fulfillment workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as required.
