Salesforce Developers
We are looking for Salesforce Developers who will support an implementation of Salesforce Sales Planning and assess impacts to our existing Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. These developers will work closely with internal onsite teams to analyze current objects, understand data flows, and deliver technical components including APEX, LWCs, flows, and related enhancements.
Candidates must be strong in both technical Salesforce development and functional understanding of Sales Cloud data and processes.
Top Skills: (candidates must have 5+ years of Salesforce Development, not admin experience pure development experience)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Ability to build, enhance, and optimize custom components.
- APEX Development - Including APEX classes, controllers, asynchronous processing, and integration patterns.
- Salesforce Flow - Expertise in building recordtriggered, screen, and scheduled flows.
- Triggers - Strong understanding of trigger frameworks, bulkification, and best practices.
- Data Model & Functional Flow Understanding - Must understand how data moves across Accounts, Users, Opportunities, and related objects within Sales Cloud.
- Functional experience:
- Sales Cloud objects and standard sales processes
- Object relationships, automation impacts, and data dependencies
- Analyzing object changes for downstream impacts
- Preferred Skills (NicetoHave)
- Salesforce Sales Planning experience: Experience with the Sales Planning product/app/functionality.
- Experience supporting a Systems Integrator (SI): Working alongside an external implementation partner.
- Audit-related development: Experience with field history tracking, auditing requirements, or compliancedriven development
- DevOps & Collaboration Tools:
- JIRA User story management
- Confluence Documentation, specs, functional flows
- SharePoint Document repository
- Copado or other CI/CD tools Deployment pipelines, version control, environment management
