Job Description
Techsara Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Flow-First Salesforce Developer to build and scale our internal Salesforce platform supporting training and placement operations.
We are looking for developers who can design scalable automations using Salesforce Flow and leverage Apex/LWC where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Record-Triggered, Screen, and Auto-Launched Flows
- Implement bulk-safe automation with error handling
- Customize and enhance Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Integrate third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and Platform Events
- Develop Apex triggers, classes, Queueables, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Ensure compliance with governor limits, CRUD/FLS, and sharing rules
- Work with Git and DevOps tools (DevOps Center/Copado)
- Collaborate with QA and business teams for release management
Required Skills
- 13 years of Salesforce Development experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow (Flow-first mindset)
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model and architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin / App Builder / Platform Developer 1)
- Experience in scalable Salesforce architecture
- Knowledge of DevOps and version control practices
