Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Salesforce Developer (Flow Specialist) to design scalable, reusable, and performance-optimized automation solutions.
This role emphasizes Flow-first architecture, reusable frameworks, and AWS integrations with Apex used only where Flow limitations require it.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced Record-Triggered, Screen, and Autolaunched Flows
- Build reusable subflows and standardized automation templates
- Architect scalable multi-object automation patterns
- Optimize performance and prevent recursion
- Implement robust fault handling and retry mechanisms
- Integrate Salesforce with AWS via REST APIs and Platform Events
- Lead code reviews, quality gates, deployment readiness, and defect triage
- Mentor developers on Flow best practices, naming standards, and documentation
- Collaborate with architects and product owners on scalable design
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flow architecture
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging expertise
- Deep understanding of sharing model, security, and governor limits
- Experience with SFDX and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience delivering multi-object orchestration workflows
- Strong communication skills (US stakeholder exposure preferred)
Good to Have
- Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge)
- Basic Apex knowledge for edge-case extensions
- Experience with REST integrations and external services
- Exposure to DevOps Center / Git-based deployments
