Key Responsibilities:

Technical:

• Design, develop, and deploy Health Cloud solutions on Salesforce.
• Configure and customize Health Cloud features (e.g., patient registration, provider management).
• Integrate Health Cloud with EHR systems, medical devices, and other healthcare applications.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
• Utilize Salesforce Lightning Components and Visualforce pages.

Health Domain:

• Understand healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7).
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows (e.g., patient engagement, population health).
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather requirements.

Project Management:

• Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project managers, business analysts).
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

Technical:

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Health Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Apex.
• Experience with EHR system integration and healthcare data standards.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Health Domain:

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT or related field.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and patient engagement strategies.
