• Resolve ongoing production issues related to Salesforce functionalities including call reports and email integrations
• Design and develop new reports and dashboards in Salesforce
• Implement technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Work on Salesforce customizations and enhancements as per business requirements
• Ensure smooth email integration between Salesforce and external systems like Lotus Notes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and requirement gathering
• Participate in Salesforce development lifecycle including deployment and maintenance
• Ensure quality delivery through debugging and issue resolution in production environments
