• Develop and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) applications using Apex and platform capabilities
• Provide production support and resolve issues related to reports, email functionality, and system workflows
• Design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce
• Handle Salesforce administration tasks along with development responsibilities
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as Lotus Notes
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work across full lifecycle including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with business teams including Sales, Marketing, and Quality stakeholders
• Provide consulting support and act as liaison between business and IT teams
• Work in global environments and handle client-facing responsibilities
• Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement
