Job Title: Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer
Location - Gurugram
Experience – 4 – 8+ years of exp
Job Summary: The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying customized Salesforce solutions that support our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including best practices and advanced features, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions..
Must to have Skills and experiences:
● Developing Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
● Highly proficiency in Apex, VF, and LWC development
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Service Cloud.
● Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II, and Administrator are highly desirable.
● Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
● Extended hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, especially service cloud voice and Amazon Connect Center is required.
● Experience Cloud and AgentForce are highly desirable.
● Demonstrated experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs, data loaders, and third-party integration tools.
● Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Implement and maintain Service Cloud features such as Service Console, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect Center, Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Knowledge.
● Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
● Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ● Perform data modeling, integration, and both automated and manual data migrations.
● Develop and maintain custom Apex and Visualforce code, Lightning components, and other technologies to build robust applications.
● Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
● Implement and manage Salesforce workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other automation tools.
● Ensure the scalability and security of Salesforce applications.
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
● Provide guidance and best practices for integrating Salesforce with other systems.
● Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to ongoing development.
