Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using: Apex Visualforce Lightning. Web Components (LWC) Declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and code optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, developments, and processes.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and recommend enhancements.
Communications Cloud (Vlocity) Responsibilities:
- Work with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity/Industries) components such as OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) Product Catalog CPQ Configure, Price, Quote.
- Build and optimize telecom/communications-specific workflows and business processes.Contribute to the design and enhancement of solutions leveraging Communications Cloud capabilities.
- Stay updated with Communications Cloud releases and enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in: Apex Visualforce SOQL & SOS.
- Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity/Industries).
- Experience working with: Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Integration tools and middleware.
- Solid understanding of: Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules).
- Experience with declarative features: Flows Process Builder Validation Rule.
- Salesforce certification:
- Platform Developer I/II preferred
- Communications Cloud / OmniStudio certification is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
