Role overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning and integrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning (LWC/Aura).
• Design and implement scalable solutions on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
• Work on triggers, batch classes and asynchronous processing.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Perform code reviews, testing and deployment.
• Maintain data integrity and follow Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot bugs and provide production support.

Required skills and qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Strong experience in:
• Apex programming
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura
• SOQL/SOSL
• Understanding of:
• Salesforce data model and security (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
• Workflows, Process Builder / Flow
• Experience with integration tools/APIs.
• Familiarity with Git / version control.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools is a plus.

Nice to have skills:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I / Administrator).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or external integration frameworks.
• Exposure to advanced automation or DevOps practices.

Must have skills:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components (LWC/Aura).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, Sales/Service Cloud, data model, security and automation tools.
• Experience with triggers, batch classes, SOQL/SOSL and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, testing, deployments and Salesforce best practices.
• Good problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
