Responsibilities:
- Define, analyze, and map business processes, leading process design workshops.
- Develop, configure, implement, and test processes in Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Draft business requirements, user stories, and provide post-implementation training and support.
- Advise on and implement process improvement actions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other back-office systems.
- Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM and Force.com platform, with 2+ years in Salesforce Lightning.
- Telecom domain experience (minimum 2 years).
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, Lightning (Aura, LWC), APEX, and managed packages.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps (Jenkins, Maven), version control (BitBucket, GitHub).
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and data migration tools (Dataloader.IO, Jitterbit, Workbench).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with large data volumes and release management tools (Copado, AutoRabit).
- Familiarity with CPQ solutions like Salesforce CPQ, APTTUS, or Vlocity
