We are looking for a Sales Cloud Lead (5+yrs experience) with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and managing the Sales Cloud platform to support sales processes, automation, and CRM best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Cloud Implementation & Optimization: Configure and customize Sales Cloud features, including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Reports & Dashboards, and Workflow Automation.
• Salesforce Administration: Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, security settings, and platform configurations.
• Process Automation: Implement and optimize flows, process builder, workflow rules, and approval processes to improve sales operations.
• Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and management of records while generating actionable insights through custom reports and dashboards.
• Integration & Customization: Work with developers and third-party tools to integrate Sales Cloud with external applications such as marketing automation, ERP, and customer service platforms.
• User Training & Support: Provide training to sales teams on Sales Cloud functionalities and troubleshoot any system-related issues.
• Release & Updates Management: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and proactively implement enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and administration.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) and Sales Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
• Proficiency in workflow automation, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
• Experience in reporting, dashboards, and data management best practices.
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
