Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP - Finance Functional Lead

Job Description:

Has strong experience at least 4 modules or more and can independently work and provide solutions, do all configurations and take up all implementation responsibilities

Has worked on various kinds of complex requirements also and provided feasible workarounds, innovative solutions to client teams

Can work closely with Technical team in developing and customizing and explaining design to them

Should be confident in working on data migrations from legacy, design and test Integrations and flows

Awareness and having designed PaaS solutions, SaaS extensions is preferred

Ability to understand the business requirement, map to system features and functions and create design documents and functional specification documents

Can articulate solutions in business language and get agreements and closures

Strong oral and written communication skills is a MUST

Well aware of implementation life cycle, phases and various documentations to be prepared including BRD, FSD, Test scripts, User manuals, Training guides

Has good awareness of P2P and O2C cycles and their touchpoints to Financial modules

Can perform testing activities effectively and train internal or client teams

Ability to multitask and work on tight deadlines

Person will work from offshore in the functional track of client engagements to perform various implementations and /or support activities

Will have to interact directly with onshore team and/or client business, wherever applicable

Should be willing to work in shifts on rotational basis, if required.

Senior consultants should be able to lead the Finance track fully in projects and also contribute to COE activities and initiatives
