• Implement AI-to-human handoff with complete conversation context transfer.

Salesforce Development

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST APIs.
• Create reusable Agentforce actions using Flows, Apex, and External Services.
• Build integrations between Agentforce, Service Cloud, Knowledge, Case Management, and external systems.
• Implement security, governance, and compliance requirements.

Voice & Contact Center Integration

• Integrate Agentforce Voice with:
• Amazon Connect
• Service Cloud Voice
• Five9
• Genesys
• Other CCaaS platforms
• Configure call transcription, sentiment analysis, and real-time agent assistance.
• Implement IVR modernization and AI-powered self-service experiences.

AI & Agentforce Capabilities

• Configure Agentforce agents, topics, actions, and reasoning capabilities.
• Design grounding strategies using Knowledge Articles, CRM data, and Data Cloud.
• Build prompt templates and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) experiences.
• Monitor AI performance and continuously optimize prompts and agent behavior.
