Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Apex Development:
• Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, and REST APIs while ensuring adherence to Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
• Optimize and refine complex SOQL/SOSL queries for performance and efficiency.
• Implement Bulk Data Processing and Asynchronous Apex using Batch Apex, Future methods, and Queueable Jobs.
• Apply Field Level Security (FLS) considerations and manage business logic in Apex to ensure data integrity and security.
• Integration Development:
• MANDATORY: Strong hands-on experience inSalesforce integrations, including integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, Composite APIs, and various integration patterns.
• Implement complex B2B/B2C integrations usingBulk API,Platform Events, and asynchronous integration techniques.
• Develop and maintain integrations for real-time data synchronization and batch processing between Salesforce and external systems.
• Experience in working withAppExchange toolsand custom solutions fordocument generationande-signatureintegration.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC):
• Design and develop advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) with a focus on performance, scalability, and reusability.
• Implement LWC server-side communication using @wire and imperative Apex calls, along with Lightning Data Services for data access.
• Integrate LWC with Salesforce features like Canvas UI, dynamic forms, and custom actions.
• Salesforce Clouds & Flows:
• Strong experience inSales CloudandService Cloudimplementations.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Flows, including Screen Flows, Schedule-Triggered Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Platform Event-Triggered Flows, and Auto-Launched Flows.
• Build dynamic forms, page layouts, and Lightning App Builder pages for a seamless user experience.
• Salesforce Security & Customization:
• Configure and manageProfiles,Roles,Permission Sets,Assignment Rules, andSharing Settingsto maintain system security and data access controls.
• Configure and manageTerritory Management, email templates, and dynamic list views.
• Testing and Debugging:
• Write comprehensiveunit testsandApex test classesto ensure high code coverage and stability.
• Proficient in debugging and exception handling to maintain optimal system performance.
• Collaboration and Documentation:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of code, processes, and custom solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with astrong focus on integrations.
• Proven expertise inApex classes,Apex Triggers,Apex REST APIs, and integration patterns.
• Strong hands-on experiencewithBulk API,Platform Events, and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, includingField Level Security (FLS),Object Model Design, andGovernor Limits.
• Advanced experience withLightning Web Components (LWC)development and integration.
• Experience in developing and managing complexFlows(Screen Flows, Triggered Flows, etc.) and utilizingLightning App Builder.
• Strong experience inSales and Service Clouds, including customization and configurations.
• Knowledge ofAppExchange toolsfor document generation and e-signatures is a plus.
• Strong debugging skills and hands-on experience with exception handling and log management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience withCTI integration,Omni-Channel, andCanvas UIintegration.
• Familiarity withLightning Design System (LDS)and best practices for UI development.
• Experience working withSalesforce Communitiesand creatingReports/Dashboards.
