Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer/Lead/Architect to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, along with a good understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce best practices.
- Maintain documentation for technical designs and processes.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, process builder).
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model and data management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I/II) is a plus.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
