Key Responsibilities
- Implement SFSC features (Cases, Queues, SLAs), Flows, and targeted Apex.
- Configure OmniChannel and Digital Engagement under guidance; maintain Knowledge base configurations.
- Participate in code reviews, test automation collaboration, and nightly build health.
- Support deployments, runbooks, and production support on a rota.
Required Skills
- 36+ years Salesforce; hands-on Service Cloud.
- Flows, Apex fundamentals, LWC basics; Git-based workflows; comfort with IST/on-call collaboration.
- Strong communication and documentation.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with Gearset/Copado, Provar/Selenium, and MuleSoft/ETL basics.
- Certifications: Admin, Platform Developer I; Service Cloud Consultant nice-to-have.
