Position Title: Salesforce Developer /Senior Developer
Location: Noida / Chennai /Pune
Experience Required: 4-6 years
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Integration frameworks, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, custom development, and integrating Salesforce with external applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Build scalable and reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Configure and customize standard Salesforce features including Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, OmniStudio (good to have), and Custom Objects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integration flows.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Proficiency in LWC, Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL.
- Solid experience with Salesforce Integrations REST, SOAP, Web Services, OAuth, Outbound messaging.
- Experience with Apex Batch, Schedules, Async processing, and governor limits.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model and sharing rules.
- Hands-on with Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Gearset/Copado preferred).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (PD2 is a plus).
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.
