Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Remote – India)

Location: Remote (India)

Client Location: California, USA (PST Hours)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer based in India to support a California-based client. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on development experience in Salesforce, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work directly with US stakeholders in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions
• Work on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and US-based stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Salesforce integrations
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model & security
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills (mandatory) – must be comfortable working with US clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II)
• Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and version control (Git)

• Must be based in India and open to remote work aligned with US time zones
• Strong communication and client-facing ability
