Lead Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Salesforce Tech Lead / Senior Developer with strong expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce Cloud.

This role combines technical leadership and hands-on development, driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apex, LWC, integrations, and enterprise-grade architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design, architecture, and development of Salesforce multi-cloud solutions
• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions:
• Data ingestion, harmonization, and modelling
• Identity resolution and segmentation
• Activation across Sales and Service use cases
• Develop scalable solutions using:

Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Triggers

• Own delivery across the full SDLC:
• Design → Development → Testing → Deployment → Support
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team
• Design and implement secure, high-performance, and scalable architectures
• Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Platform
• Proven experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds:
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP, ingestion, modelling, activation)
• Experience in technical leadership / Tech Lead role
• Strong understanding of:
• Salesforce architecture & governor limits
• Security & sharing model
• Performance optimization
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Required Salesforce Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
• Experience with:
• REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, third-party integrations
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Salesforce DX
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud / Commerce Cloud is a plus

Experience Required

• 4–7+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Minimum 2+ years in a Tech Lead or senior ownership role
