We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Job Description - Day to Day ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on Salesforce production support, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience CloudMonitor and triage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues within defined SLAsWork on bug fixes, minor enhancements, and data corrections in production environmentsCollaborate with onshore leads, product owners, and engineering teams to prioritize and resolve production issuesParticipate in incident management, problem management, and change management processesSupport deployment activities, including validations, smoke testing, and post-release monitoringAnalyze recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunitiesEnsure proper documentation of incidents, fixes, and known errors in knowledge repositoriesCoordinate with cross-functional teams (integration, data, infrastructure) to troubleshoot and resolve issuesSupport monitoring, alerting, and system health checks across Salesforce environmentsStay updated with Salesforce platform changes and assess potential impact on existing functionalitiesBasic QualificationsMinimum 5-8 years of IT experience, with 4+ years on the Salesforce platformStrong hands-on experience in Salesforce production support and incident managementGood understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform featuresHands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrationsFamiliarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)Experience with deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.) is a plusAbility to work with SLAs, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple incidents effectivelyStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsGood communication skills and ability to work with distributed/onshore-offshore teamsExperience working in Agile environments
