About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in India. In this role, you will be instrumental in customizing, integrating, and optimizing Salesforce platforms to support our global business operations, including sales, marketing, advertising, and community engagement initiatives. This position requires a strong technical background, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different regions. As a key contributor, you will design and develop innovative solutions, automate processes, and ensure the integrity and security of our Salesforce environment. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects in a flexible, remote setting, contributing directly to the digital transformation journey of our organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds, particularly Sales Cloud, with additional experience in Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud considered a plus.
- Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar middleware platforms.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation workflows for sales and marketing processes, including lead management, campaign attribution, and customer nurturing.
- Solid knowledge of data management, security protocols, and compliance standards within Salesforce environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with global teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, and declarative tools to meet evolving business needs.
- Build and sustain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as ad serving systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms using REST APIs, SOAP, and iPaaS solutions like Workato.
- Implement advanced automation workflows to streamline lead scoring, nurturing campaigns, attribution tracking, and ad performance alerts, enhancing marketing and sales efficiency.
- Support data exchange processes between Salesforce and enterprise data platforms like Microsoft Fabric and data lakes to facilitate real-time reporting and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Support teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and security compliance across all Salesforce implementations, adhering to best practices and organizational standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by leveraging Salesforce AppExchange solutions, new platform features, and workflow optimizations.
- Maintain documentation of development processes, system configurations, and integrations to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
