TCS Hiring for Salesforce nCino lead Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into nCino solutions
- Design, develop, and implement nCino features and functionalities to streamline banking processes
- Customize nCino objects, workflows, and page layouts to meet specific business needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to nCino
- Stay current with nCino updates and industry best practices to continuously optimize the platform
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an nCino Developer, Salesforce developer or Engineer in a banking environment
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and nCino's proprietary scripting language
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of nCino architecture and configuration
- Experience with nCino API integration and data migration is an advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- nCino Certification(s) is an advantage
- Experience with other Salesforce applications and integrations is an advantage
