Position Summary - The ASM - Hospitality will spearhead B2B sales of premium fitness and wellness equipment (treadmills, home gyms, recovery tools) to hotels, resorts, spas, and wellness retreats across Southern India. Leverage deep industry networks to secure high-value contracts, deliver compelling presentations, and build long-term partnerships in the booming hospitality sector.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Networking & Lead Generation: Tap into established hospitality connections (e.g., hotel chains & boutique resorts) to identify opportunities for gym/spa upgrades; attend industry.
- Sales & Relationship Management: Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and customized proposals for equipment installations for hotel gyms; negotiate deals aiming for key account.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver polished, English-fluent pitches showcasing ROI; organize live demos at properties to influence decision-makers.
- Account Management: Onboard clients, coordinate installations/maintenance, and ensure uptime SLAs; upsell add-ons like wellness packages or annual servicing.
- Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain CRM with track win rate and hospitality revenue contribution.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends like wellness tourism in Southern India; collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns.
- Team Coordination: Support sales execs, train on hospitality-specific selling, and mentor juniors on networking etiquette.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/MBA in Sales, Hospitality Management, or Business; 4-6 years in B2B sales, with 2+ years focused on hospitality (e.g., selling to hotels/resorts).
- Proven network: Direct contacts with GMs/Project Heads / Purchase Manager / decision making Manager in Southern India hospitality Industry.
