Job Description

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills. The candidate will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, expanding account footprint, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients —especially in US markets.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in the early stages of the sales cycle, contributing to account strategy, solution positioning, and deal shaping
  • Own end-to-end account management for key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point for customers, driving timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Build deep, multi-level relationships across the customer organization, including CXO and senior stakeholders
  • Lead account planning, including account mapping, stakeholder identification, and engagement strategies
  • Identify, drive, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account revenue
  • Partner closely with delivery, pre-sales, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and value realization
  • Proactively engage with new stakeholders to increase account penetration and influence
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) and present insights, value delivered, and future opportunities
  • Track and follow up on all customer interactions, ensuring accountability and closure of action items

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of proven success in client management
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
