Responsibilities
- Engage in the early stages of the sales cycle, contributing to account strategy, solution positioning, and deal shaping
- Own end-to-end account management for key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point for customers, driving timely and effective resolution of issues
- Build deep, multi-level relationships across the customer organization, including CXO and senior stakeholders
- Lead account planning, including account mapping, stakeholder identification, and engagement strategies
- Identify, drive, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account revenue
- Partner closely with delivery, pre-sales, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and value realization
- Proactively engage with new stakeholders to increase account penetration and influence
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) and present insights, value delivered, and future opportunities
- Track and follow up on all customer interactions, ensuring accountability and closure of action items
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years of proven success in client management
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
