Job Description:
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ Developer/Admin role
- Focus on development, enhancements, and issue resolution (DX environment)
- Strong involvement in Agile/Scrum delivery model
Key Responsibilities
- Own and resolve JIRA tickets (APP & RCA) end-to-end
- Participate in daily scrum calls (status updates, blockers, collaboration)
- Work on CPQ enhancements, bug fixes, and optimizations
- Maintain clear documentation for all activities performed

- Team Leads
- Release Manager
- Business Stakeholders / JIRA requestors
Tools & Platforms
- JIRA (Ticketing)
- VS Code (Development)
Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- 5–8 years of Salesforce experience
- Strong Salesforce CPQ Development & Admin experience
- Understanding of Quote-to-Revenue lifecycle
- Experience with Billing, CLM, ERP integrations
- Knowledge of SDLC, SOX Compliance (ITGC & ITAC)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
