Requirements
Experience requirements include 7+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with at least 5+ years of deep, hands-on Salesforce CPQ expertise, and prior experience supporting enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash implementations.
Must have deep, end-to-end, hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including product and price book setup, bundle configuration, product and constraint rules, quote templates and quote line editor customizations, discounting and approval workflows (including advanced approvals), contracting, amendments, renewals, and CPQ automation using triggers, flows, and validations, with strong debugging skills across CPQ data structures and the ability to design scalable solutions for complex quoting scenarios.
The role requires strong functional knowledge of the complete Lead-to-Revenue / Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, covering opportunity management, quote creation and approvals, contract lifecycle management, subscription renewals and amendments, provisioning workflows, billing integrations, ARR and revenue recognition considerations, and an understanding of how CPQ decisions impact downstream systems such as ERP, billing, and revenue recognition platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, including the ability to work closely with business users to gather requirements, explain solution impacts, and produce clear documentation such as configuration details, process flows, and UAT artifacts.
