Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agent Force, and Integrations to implement, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agent Force, and CPQ solutions.

Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and perform system customizations.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.

Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, and gap analysis workshops.

Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Prepare documentation, training materials, and provide ongoing support to users.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.

Strong knowledge of LWC, Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agent Force, Integrations.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and custom objects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
