We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Tech Lead Sr Specialist to lead the implementation optimization and governance of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in customer data platforms CDPs data integration and analytics with a strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a complementary capability

Key Skills

Ability to Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud architecture for enterprisescale customer data management

Handson experience with Salesforce Data Cloud features including Data Streams Data Bundles and Segments

Proficiency and strong understanding of data modeling ETL processes and API integrations

Lead data ingestion harmonization and unification processes across multiple sources

Develop and maintain segmentation strategies for personalized marketing and sales campaigns

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and IT to align data strategies with business goals

Create dashboards and reports to monitor data quality campaign performance and customer insights

Good to have skills

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder Email Studio and Audience Builder

Certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Marketing Cloud Consultant or Email Specialist

Familiarity with Snowflake MDM systems and customer analytics tools

Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem expected 2 years in Data CloudCDP

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
