Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) specialist with strong expertise in CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), personalization, and AI-driven engagement to support client transformation programs.
This role will focus on designing and optimizing data-driven customer engagement ecosystems leveraging SFMC capabilities (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio/Personalization, Data Cloud), ensuring seamless orchestration across channels and lifecycle stages.
Key Responsibilities
Assess client maturity across SFMC, CRM, CDP (Data Cloud), and personalization capabilities
Evaluate SFMC architecture, data model, integrations, and campaign orchestration effectiveness
Analyze customer data flows and define unified profiles, segmentation, and data activation strategies
Design and optimize omnichannel journeys and real-time personalization using SFMC tools
Drive AI-enabled marketing use cases leveraging Einstein and predictive engagement models
Develop Martech transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, and operating models
Lead client workshops, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, data, and tech
Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder) with AMPscript and SQL
Solid understanding of CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) integration and CDP (Data Cloud) for unified customer profiles and data activation
Experience in personalization, customer journey orchestration, and AI-driven marketing (Einstein, predictive targeting)
