Key Responsibilities / Experience /Skills / Tools:
- Actively contribute to project activities including UX and requirements reviews, effort estimation, and RAID inputs
- Actively contribute to lowlevel design across key components of Salesforce Communications Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Guide and mentor developers through code reviews, coding standards, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues
- Configure, build, debug, and optimise Salesforce Communications/Experience Cloud components, including LWC, Aura, integrations (APIs, events), and security
- Minimum 2+ years of solid hands-on experience working on the Salesforce Communication Cloud - i.e., 2+ years in Industry CPQ & 2+ years in Omni Studio
- Handson experience in Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) modelling using Industries CPQ product, pricing, and rule models
- Handson experience with OmniStudio components Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, IP, Cards, Flex Cards, Calculation Matrices and Procedures
- Handson experience across Salesforce Communications / Sales / Service / Experience Cloud, with strong understanding of data models and integrations
- Proficient in using Salesforce Dev and CI/CD (Git, ADO, etc.) tools
- Required Certifications: OmniStudio Developer, Industries CPQ Developer, Platform Developer II
- Telco domain experience is an advantage, but not must
