Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service teams.
* Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories and functional specifications for the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform.
* Develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform, its capabilities, and limitations.
* Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with platform best practices.
* Configure and customize the Salesforce B2C Commerce Business Manager to support business requirements.
* Create and maintain process flows, data models, and other relevant documentation.
* Participate in testing efforts, including developing test plans and test cases, and ensuring the quality of implemented solutions.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify and analyze potential risks and issues and propose solutions.
* Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce B2C Commerce features and industry trends.
* Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce B2C Commerce functionalities.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our e-commerce processes and systems.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on e-commerce.
* Proven experience working with the Salesforce B2C Commerce (formerly Demandware) platform.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, customer journeys, and online retail operations.
* Experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Business Manager and its various modules (e.g., catalog, promotions, pricing, content management, ordering).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
* Familiarity with integration concepts and experience working with integrated systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
* Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
* Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies.
* Understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
