Salesforce Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will ensure successful delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
• Oversee Salesforce implementations, integrations, and enhancements
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
• Drive user adoption and support change management initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management with Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
