We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Salesforce projects and a deep understanding of business analysis processes. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive successful Salesforce implementations, ensuring that the solutions meet business requirements and enhance overall productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and optimize user experience.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and potential risks.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce project management or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to derive insights from Salesforce data.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
