Salesforce Business Analyst (4 Positions)

- We are currently expanding our India team and are looking for talented Salesforce Business Analysts to join us on a part-time and fully remote basis.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support successful Salesforce implementations.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about solving business challenges through the Salesforce platform while working in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings
- Partner with Salesforce Consultants, Architects, and Developers to design effective Salesforce solutions
- Support configuration and testing activities across Salesforce implementations
- Assist in defining business processes, workflows, and system improvements
- Create reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support business decisions
- Participate in UAT, training, and change management activities
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and client expectations
- Maintain clear project documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2+ years working on Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery frameworks
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
- Exposure to Experience Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Education Cloud, or Public Sector solutions is a plus
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar collaboration tools
- Experience supporting enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
