We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant (4–8 years experience) to rationalise, standardise, and optimise Salesforce security, automation, and reporting capabilities. The role will focus on improving maintainability, reducing technical debt, and driving platform governance while working closely with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Rationalise Salesforce roles and permissions, driving standardisation and reducing complexity across profiles and role hierarchy.
  • Analyse and eliminate the use of IP restrictions on Profiles, replacing them with scalable and secure alternatives where required.
  • Design and implement Salesforce Cases, Approval Processes, and Workflows aligned with business needs.
  • Analyse the Salesforce reporting portfolio to identify redundancy and optimisation opportunities.
  • Consolidate and standardise reports and dashboards to improve performance and usability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configuration and development work.
  • Execute knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams to ensure operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience working on Salesforce Administration / Functional Consulting.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce security model (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets).
  • Proven experience in rationalising roles, permissions, and profiles across complex orgs.
  • Experience removing IP‑based profile restrictions and implementing best‑practice security controls.
  • Hands‑on experience with Cases, Approval Processes, and Workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills for Salesforce reporting optimisation.
  • Excellent documentation and knowledge transfer experience.
