Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that span multiple disciplines. You actively engage in planning and integrating various components within the ecosystem to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities include performing ongoing testing activities focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you contribute to code reviews, track and report defects, and support continuous improvement efforts to ensure the overall quality of the software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects effectively to support quality improvements.
• Familiarity with environment and data configuration management to support testing activities.
• Experience participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
