Job Description:
- Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Designing and optimizing business processes using BPMN-compliant models and tools
- Translating business needs into comprehensive system requirements to support solution design, development, and implementation.
- Partnering with cross-functional teamsincluding IT, UX/UI, and Productto ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives. Leading workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and project updates effectively.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including planning, execution, and defect resolution, to ensure successful delivery.
- Conducting enterprise-level analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Preparing feasibility studies and business cases to evaluate and support digital initiatives and investment decisions.
- Facilitating change management efforts and contributing to training programs to promote successful adoption of new systems and processes.
