Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce enhancements that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.

• Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, leveraging standard functionality whenever possible.
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom solutions when necessary.
• Perform data analysis and data migration activities as needed.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on the status of deliverables and milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Agentforce experience preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Workflows, and Flow.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
