Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Testing:
  • Lead quality engineering efforts in Salesforce-based projects, specifically in Salesforce Admin related functionality.
  • Create Test Plans, Test Suites, and execute thorough regression testing for Salesforce implementations.
  • Capture test evidences and document test results for Salesforce applications.
  • Automation:
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using tools such as Selenium to optimize testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and automation frameworks to enhance overall testing effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Regularly communicate test results and ensure issues are tracked and resolved in tools like Jira or Rally.
  • Test Plan Development:
  • Lead the creation, execution, and maintenance of detailed Test Plans based on client requirements.
  • Perform thorough Regression Testing on all Salesforce functionality to ensure updates do not impact existing features.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain and manage test documentation in Confluence or similar platforms.
  • Provide regular test reports to the client, ensuring transparency and adherence to testing timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the Salesforce domain.
  • Must have worked on at least 2 Salesforce projects with proven success in testing Salesforce environments.
  • Certifications:
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is mandatory.
  • Service Cloud knowledge is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Testing, including hands-on experience with Test Plan creation, Regression Testing, and Maintaining Test Suites.
  • Experience in Automation Testing with tools like Selenium.
  • Tools:
  • Familiar with Bitbucket, Jira, Rally, and Confluence for test management and issue tracking.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Salesforce environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for documentation and collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Service Cloud or other Salesforce Clouds.
  • Experience with other Salesforce automation tools is an added advantage.
