Role Description

We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our Salesforce practice and build a career in the Salesforce ecosystem. This role offers hands-on exposure to CRM implementations, business processes, and cloud technologies while working alongside experienced consultants and developers.

Job Location – Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Learn Salesforce fundamentals including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities
  
  
• Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design
  
• Support configuration activities such as objects, fields, workflows, and reports
  
• Participate in testing (UAT), data validation, and deployment support
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, and technical teams
  
• Provide basic user support and troubleshoot issues
  
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Basic understanding of CRM concepts and business processes
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Good communication and documentation abilities
  
• Willingness to learn cloud technologies and certifications
  
• Familiarity with Excel and basic data handling
  

Good to Have

• Exposure to Salesforce (Trailhead, internships, certifications)
  
• Basic knowledge of APIs or integrations
  
• Understanding of databases or programming fundamentals
