Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to own and drive end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds. The ideal candidate will define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while leading technical teams and collaborating closely with business and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
- Design secure, scalable data models, integration patterns, and enterprise-grade security frameworks.
- Define Salesforce platform standards, best practices, and architectural governance.
- Ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Development & Technical Governance
- Guide and review development efforts involving Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and integrations.
- Enforce Salesforce coding standards, security best practices, and design patterns.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues and architectural decisions.
DevOps & Release Management
- Define and govern CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategies.
- Drive DevOps best practices using tools such as GitHub, Copado, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Ensure smooth deployments across multiple environments with minimal risk.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage Salesforce developers, administrators, and COTS consultants.
- Perform capacity planning, task allocation, sprint planning, and delivery oversight.
- Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and ongoing skill development initiatives.
- Ensure alignment across teams and delivery timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement & Presales
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, account managers, and client stakeholders.
- Support estimations, solution walkthroughs, RFP responses, and presales activities when required.
- Provide technical thought leadership during client discussions and reviews.
Experience & Skill Requirements
Technical Skills
- 812+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce (preferred), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security model.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing & security architecture.
- Experience with multi-cloud and enterprise-scale implementations.
DevOps & Tools
- Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as GitHub, Copado, Jenkins, or similar.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control, and release strategies.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Proven experience leading and managing technical teams in complex environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
