Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architectwith 7+ years of expertise in Salesforce ecosystem and at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Consumer Goods Cloud. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize scalable solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration across sales, retail execution, and partner collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architecture designand implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions.

Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.

Drive retail execution, trade promotion management, and field sales automationusing Salesforce CG Cloud capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Vendors) to ensure smooth integration with ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.

Define data models, integration patterns, and security frameworksfor scalable deployments.

Provide technical leadership and mentorshipto developers, admins, and junior architects.

Conduct system performance reviewsand recommend optimization strategies.

Stay updated on Salesforce releases, Consumer Goods Cloud features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of overall Salesforce experiencewith strong expertise in architecture and solution design.

3+ years of hands-on experiencein Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (Retail Execution, Trade Promotion, Visit Planning, etc.).

Proven experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloudintegrations.

Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and integration frameworks.

Expertise in data modeling, security, and compliance standards.
