Job Description:
Salesforce Technical Architect
Must Have
- Over 10 years of experience in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and experience with integration technologies.
- Ability to lead technical teams and drive successful project outcomes as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Experience in design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance architecture solutions for Salesforce implementations, considering factors such as data models, security, integrations, and user experience
- Expertise in gathering requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in designing and developing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance architecture solutions for Salesforce implementations.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex system integrations with third-party applications and legacy systems.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience to lead multiple projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
- Pitch ideas confidently to clients and communicate the creative vision effectively to the creative team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate the creative vision effectively to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
Good to have
- Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are desirable.
