Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Serve as a Salesforce Architect, providing technical leadership and guidance for complex Salesforce implementations and solutions.
• Solution Design: Lead the design of robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices. This includes defining technical architecture, data models, integration strategies, and security frameworks.
• Development & Hands-on Contribution: Demonstrate hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies, to build proofs-of-concept, complex customizations, or troubleshoot issues.
• Technical Solutioning: Provide expert-level technical solutioning for various Salesforce clouds and functionalities, translating complex business needs into clear technical designs.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning related to the Salesforce roadmap, identifying opportunities for platform leverage and optimization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Best Practices & Governance: Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance policies to ensure high-quality and maintainable solutions.
• Performance & Scalability: Ensure that Salesforce solutions are designed for optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Architect.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong capability in designing and solutioning Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/Web Components), SOQL, and declarative configuration.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
