New Opportunity Solutioning: Planning & Estimation for new project (VD) Support team to create Project implementation roadmap. Contribute to project scoping, effort estimation, and resource planning. Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies. Consulting - Support for Solution Design & Architecture for Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing cloud) (presales to delivery) Support the team to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. Guide development teams on implementation of best practices, coding standards, and maximum use of Salesforce platform features. Support from architecture point of view for Salesforce integration with other systems, specially using MuleSoft Define Deployment Strategies for CI/CD with Delivery team Coaching - Regular Collaboration with Delivery team Work closely with Product managers and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment. Communicate complex technical concepts to team Communication to team on new features and rollout from Salesforce Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing across the project team. Guide the technical team for knowledge advancement within Salesforce Competency Planning training content on Salesforce with Learning Team and Delivery. Participate in Salesforce Industry event along with the Lead Tech Alliances & partnerships Participate in Salesforce partnership program level maturity improvements. Component Quality Assurance Best Practice & Guidelines. (with Delivery) Co-Innovation Tech Radar for Salesforce, PoCs on Upcoming product and platform offerings on Salesforces, including AI, Data and PaaS services. Marketplace product/solutions evaluations. Maintain architectural documentation and contribute to reusable assets and frameworks. Take ownership of grooming fresher to make them productive in Salesforce product development and operations Technical Leadership Liaison with VW Group Salesforce contacts. Foster innovation culture within team, drive agent force capability. Support implementing continuous improvement within existing Salesforce engagement
