We are looking for a certified and experienced Salesforce professional who will act as our organization's Salesforce Compliance Specialist ensuring that we are in compliance with existing (and possibly new) industry's laws and regulations such as SOX Compliance, GDPR, EU Data Privacy and many more. With this role, you are expected to examine practices, processes and policies and identify areas of non-compliance and provide suggestions or recommendations on how to make necessary modifications.
You are also expected to support the development and implementation of any compliance programs/projects, policies and practices of the organization. You will also be responsible for monitoring all activities associated with these rules and expected to provide immediate and onsite support to issues arising from these implementations.
Part of your role is to keep yourself abreast of emerging industry practices when solving business problems as this job requires creative thinking beyond the boundaries of current industry practices and stakeholder mindset.

In order to succeed in this role, you must:
Be able to identify critical issues with ease
Be able to quickly understand the functional and data requirements of our internal clients
Review requirements, provide recommendations related to proposed solutions
Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
Detail oriented and organized
Requirements:
Familiarity with User Access Review process for Salesforce
Must possess at least a bachelor's degree on IT or any similar field
At least 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce admin professional
Residing in Bengaluru
Amenable to work on US Eastern time.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Salesforce Archiving tool
Experience with with Atlassian Suite, in particular Jira and Confluence
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
