Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Lightning, and Apex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance business operations and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to configure and enhance platform functionality.
- Design and implement workflow rules, validation rules, process builder, flows, and other automation tools.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow best practices for code quality, version control (Git), and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes, version control (Git), and Salesforce DX is a plus.
- Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I/II) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication.
