Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support our US-based operations in services-based sales. The role involves engaging with international clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored service solutions. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and a strong interest in sales. Freshers and candidates with B2B or B2C sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for service offerings through calls, emails, and online platforms

• Communicate effectively with US-based clients to understand their requirements

• Present and explain service solutions tailored to client needs

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)

• Willingness to work in US shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated and proactive approach

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Eligibility:

• 0–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (services-based sales preferred)

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

• Any graduate (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to international client interaction (especially US clients)

• Basic understanding of services sales (IT services, digital marketing, consulting, etc.)

• Ability to build rapport and understand client needs
